Cilantro Lemon-Garlic Salmon is the real deal. A flaky fillet of salmon infused with a tangy cilantro-garlic flavor that just melts in your mouth!
Ingredients

Non-stick cooking spray
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°.
Line a baking sheet with foil, spray with nonstick spray and place salmon on it, skin-side down. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, cilantro, garlic, cumin and cayenne pepper.
Pour mixture over the fillet and bake for about 10-12 minutes, until cooked through.
