Super simple Chocolate Tahini Protein Balls that taste like soft dark chocolate truffles! Made with tahini, oat, protein powder and cacao, these easy no bake Tahini protein balls have a Keto option too.
Ingredients
⅓cupTahini, 85g (Plain, runny)
⅓cupOat Flour, 30g
7TbspChocolate Protein Powder, 40g
1TbspCoconut Flour, 6f
2TbspUnsweetened Cocoa Powder, or Cacao Powder
Instructions
In a bowl, combine oat flour, tahini, chocolate protein powder and cacao or cocoa powder.
Mix with a big spoon to form a dough.If mix is too dry, add about 1 tsp milk, or more coconut flour if too wet.
Spoon out about a 1-2 Tbsp mixture at a time roll into balls using clean hands.
