Ingredients
2TbspNon-fat Greek Yogurt, 28g
2TbspChocolate Protein Powder, 10g, about ⅓ scoop
2tspUnsweetened Cocoa Powder, or Cacao Powder
2tspWater (or Almond Milk)
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients - Greek yogurt, chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder and water/milk.
Whisk or stir with a spoon until uniform.
Use as you would a chocolate spread!
Notes
For dairy free, use coconut yogurt or almond/soy milk based yogurt.
