This No-Sauce Simple Tuna-Spinach Pasta is quite literally the easiest pasta recipe you could ever find! It takes just 15 minutes to get on your plate, and is also protein-packed and low-calorie.
Ingredients
3ozWhole Grain or Chickpea Pasta, 85g
13oz canTuna, 85g
4cupsSpinach, 120g
½tspItalian Seasoning
3½cupsWater, for boiling pasta
Instructions
Cook pasta in boiling water according to package instructions(about 10 minutes).
Set aside ¼ cup of pasta water, and drain the rest.
Partially cook spinach in the pasta water for about 2 minutes.
Add the seasoning and cooked pasta to the spinach.
Toss for another minute.
Move to a serving bowl and top with tuna.
