Ingredients
4slicesBanana Bread, about 8oz, ⅓ loaf
¼cupPlain Greek Yogurt, 56g
2TbspVanilla Protein Powder, 11g
Instructions
Crumble banana bread into large bowl using hands; Crumbs should be fine.
Add Greek yogurt and protein powder and mix.Add more yogurt if the mix is too dry or dry ingredients (to taste) if too wet.
Spoon out about 1-2 tablespoon of mixture at a time roll into balls.
