A truly healthy Biscoff Protein Fudge made without white chocolate and just 3 ingredients! Make high protein Biscoff fudge with Lotus Biscoff, Speculoos or homemade cookie butter for a sugar free and Vegan protein fudge recipe!
Ingredients
1cupCookie Butter, 224g, recommendation below
1scoopVanilla Protein Powder, 30g, ⅓ cup
½cupCoconut Flour, 56g
Instructions
Line a 8x4” loaf pan with parchment paper (leave an overhang to lift out later).
In a medium bowl, combine the cookie butter, protein powder and coconut flour and mix until smooth.
Transfer mixture into prepared loaf pan, press down and use back of spoon to smoothen.
Place pan in freezer for about 10 minutes to slightly harden.
Slice into 16 pieces.
