Ingredients
4ozReduced Fat Cream Cheese, Softened, 112g, ½ cup
½cupNon-fat Greek Yogurt, 112g
¼cupVanilla Protein Powder, 22g
Instructions
If cream cheese is solid, place in a bowl and microwave for about 15 seconds to soften.
Place cream cheese in a bowl and whisk with a wire whisk or hand mixer (alternatively use a small food processor) until light and airy; About 30-45 seconds.
Add Greek Yogurt and protein powder and whisk to combine.If too thick, add a splash of almond milk. Add more protein powder or sugar-free sweetener if your protein powder is not sweet enough.
