An amazing Birthday Cake Protein Cookie Dough made with oat flour and protein powder, and no sugar. The perfect funfetti cake batter protein cookie dough to satisfy cravings and be healthy; Gluten free, Dairy free and Vegan too!
Ingredients
¼cupOat Flour, 22g, see post for sub
2TbspProtein Powder, 11g
1scoopUnflavored Collagen, 10g, see post for sub
1TbspCoconut Flour
1tsp1:1 Sugar-free Sugar Replacement, 4g
2tspCashew Butter or Almond Butter, 11g
1½TbspAlmond Milk, 22ml
¼tspRainbow Sprinkles
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients except sprinkles in a bowl and mix - oat flour, protein powder, collagen powder, coconut flour, sugar replacement, cashew butter and almond milk.Use more or less milk depending on how runny you want it.
Add sprinkles and mix.
