Healthy Chocolate Salami sweetened with protein powder for delicious no bake and sugar free dessert. This Russian chocolate salami spinoff is made with oats and cocoa powder, has no eggs and Vegan too!
Ingredients
½cupRolled/Instant Oats, 45g
¼cupOat Flour, 22g
⅓cupChocolate Protein Powder, 30g, 1 scoop
¼cupUnsweetened Cocoa Powder, 20g
¼cupUnsweetened Almond Milk, 60ml
¼cupChopped Graham Cereal or Biscuit Crackers, about 20g
1½TbspChopped Hazelnuts or other, 14g
Instructions
Place oats, oat flour, cocoa powder, protein powder in food processor and process until file - about 30 seconds.
Transfer to a bowl, add milk and mix with a big spoon to form a dough.If mix is too dry, add about 1 tsp milk, or more oats if too wet.
Add in chopped graham cereal/crackers and nuts; Mix well.
Lay a piece of plastic wrap - about 12-15” long - on a work surface.
Transfer dough onto plastic wrap and shape into rough log/salami using hands.Roll into a salami shape and secure ends using strings or elastic (or twist and tie a knot).
Place in fridge for about 1 hour to cool.
Slice using sharp knife and enjoy.
