Unbelievably good Peanut Butter Oreo Cookie Dough made with oat flour, protein powder, peanut butter powder and mini Oreo cookies! This no bake healthy cookies and cream cookie dough is gluten free, low fat, low sugar and great for a snack, dessert or post workout treat.
Ingredients
¼cupOat Flour, 22g, see post for sub
2TbspProtein Powder, 11g
1TbspPeanut Butter Powder, 6g
1TbspCoconut Flour, 7g
½scoopUnflavored Collagen, 5g, see post for sub
1Tbsp + 2 tspAlmond Milk, 25ml
2mini Oreos, slightly crumbled
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients except crushed Oreo in a bowl and mix - oat flour, protein powder, peanut butter powder, coconut flour, collagen powder and almond milk.Use more or less milk depending on how runny you want it.
Add chopped Oreo cookies and mix.
