Ingredients
1largeBanana, Ripe and Mashed, 135g
2TbspCoconut Flour, 16g
1Egg
2TbspAlmond Milk, Unsweetened
1tspStevia-sweetened Maple Syrup, 5ml
¼tspBaking Powder
⅛tspCinnamon Powder
Instructions
Spray a 12-14 oz microwave-safe mug with cooking spray.
Transfer all ingredients into the mug and mix well.
Microwave on high for about 3 minutes 15 seconds or until a toothpick inserted into center comes out dry. Center of the top surface might look soft, but will firm once it cools. Don’t overcook. Microwave additional time at 5 second intervals if needed.
Let it cool, top with chopped walnuts, and dig in!
