Incredible S’mores Protein Cookie Dough complete with mini marshmallows, chocolate and grahams. This s’mores cookie dough uses oat flour and protein powder, for a healthy, gluten free no bake dessert.

Instructions
Combine all the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix - oat flour, vanilla protein powder, unflavored protein powder and coconut flour.
Add almond milk - little at a time - and mix well.
Use more or less milk depending on how runny you want it.
Add mini marshmallows, chocolate and graham crackers, and mix.
