Ingredients
2slicesWhole Wheat Bread
1Egg White, 31g
1½TbspNon-fat Greek Yogurt, 21g
1TbspVanilla Protein Powder, 6g
1tspAlmond Milk, 5ml
2TbspChopped Strawberries/Other fruit
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a bowl, whisk egg whites, Greek yogurt, protein powder and milk
Place bread slices on baking sheet.Press down the center of the bread (using back of spoon or fingers) to create a well; Don’t break through.
Spoon custard into bread depression/well.Top with fruit.
Bake for 8-10 minutes;Bread should be toasted and custard should start to caramelize.
