The best Healthy Chocolate Lasagna recipe that’s low carb, gluten free and sugar free! Chocolate lasagna dessert uses protein powder for sweetener, and is no bake and easy too.
Ingredients
Oreo Base:
⅔cupChocolate Protein Powder, Whey-casein, 60g
3TbspBlack Cocoa Powder, 15g
½cupOat Flour, 45g
4TbspCoconut Flour, 28g
6TbspUnsweetened Almond Milk, 90ml
3TbspUnsweetened Applesauce, 45g
Cream Cheese Layer:
6ozReduced Fat Cream Cheese, 168g
¾cupNon-fat Greek Yogurt, 168g
⅓cupVanilla Protein Powder, Whey-Casein, 30g
⅓cupUnsweetened Almond Milk, 80ml
Chocolate Pudding:
1cupNon-fat Greek Yogurt, 225g
½cupUnsweetened Almond Milk, 120ml
½cupChocolate Protein Powder, Whey-casein, 45g
4TbspUnsweetened Cocoa, 20g
2TbspVanilla Instant Pudding Mix, 15g, Sugar free
Topping:
4ozSugar free Cool Whip, 1½ cup, 112g, Thawed
Optional crushed Chocolate Grahams or Cereal
Instructions
Prepare an 8” x 8” pan or baking dish.
In a bowl, combine chocolate protein powder, black cocoa powder, oat flour and coconut flour.
Add applesauce and milk (little at a time) to form a dough.
Transfer to prepared pan, and use back of spoon/spatula to press down and spread.
Cream Cheese Layer:
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese using an electric hand mixer or paddle attachment of stand mixer until smooth; About 1 minutes.
Add Greek yogurt and milk and beat again until combined.
Beat in vanilla protein powder, scraping down the sides if needed.
Spread over base.
Chocolate Pudding:
In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, protein powder, cocoa powder, vanilla instant pudding, and milk until smooth.
Add milk a little at a time until pudding consistency is reached.
Spread over cream cheese layer.
Topping:
Spread cool whip on top of pudding and top with crushed chocolate grahams or cereal.
Cover with plastic wrap and chill 1-2 hours in the fridge.
Cut into 12 pieces and enjoy.
