Ingredients
½cupOld Fashioned Rolled Oats, 50g
½cupAlmond Milk
½cupGreek Yogurt, 100g
1TbspBrown Sugar Substitute, Erythritol
1tspVanilla Extract
½tspCinnamon
Instructions
Stir together ingredients for the oats in a jar until smooth, cover and refrigerate overnight.
Add a splash of almond milk the next morning to thin if needed and have it chilled!
