Ingredients
4Mini Graham Cracker Pie Crusts
½cupUnsweetened Almond Milk, 120ml
⅔cupVanilla Protein Powder, Whey-Casein, 60g
1TbspVanilla Instant Pudding Mix, 7g, Sugar free
Optional ⅛ tsp Stevia Sweetener, = 1 tsp Sugar
2TbspUnsweetened Shredded Coconut, about 10g
1½TbspCoconut Flour, 10g
Whipped Topping
Instructions
Spread shredded coconut on a baking sheet and Broil for about 1-2 minutes until lightly browned and toasted.
In a bowl whisk milk, protein powder and pudding mix.
Add toasted coconut and coconut flour; Whisk again.
Divide among pie crusts.
Chill 30 minutes in fridge.
Top with whipped cream and serve.
