Ingredients
⅔cupChocolate Protein Powder, 60g
2tspAlmond Butter, 10g
3TbspCocoa Powder, 15g
¼cupWater
2cupCornflakes Cereal, 60g
20Mini Eggs, 70g
Instructions
Combine chocolate mix ingredients - protein powder, almond butter, cocoa powder, water - in a bowl (add water little at a time) to form thick spread.Taste and add sweetener if needed.
Add cornflakes cereal; Gently mix with a spoon.
Drop spoonfuls onto parchment-lined baking sheet; About 10 portions.Shape into a nest with a depression in the middle; Mix will be sticky, so be quick, and wet fingertips a little.Place 2 mini eggs in each nest.
Freeze about 5 minutes.
