Make this Thick & Creamy Peanut Butter Banana Protein Shake with some frozen bananas and peanut butter to crank up that vanilla. Sure to give your taste buds (and eyes) the time of their life!
Ingredients
1mediumRipe Banana, 120g
1TbspPeanut Butter, 16g
½scoopVanilla Protein Powder, about 2½ Tbsp, 15g
⅓cupAlmond Milk
Instructions
Slice (about ½ inch thick each) the banana and freeze for about 1-2 hours until solid.
Transfer frozen banana into a blender or food processor along with the peanut butter, protein powder and water.
Process for about 30 seconds until combined.
Add a little more milk for a thinner consistency.

To make this Paleo or Vegan, use a diet-compliant protein powder.
