Ingredients
2smallRipe Bananas, 180g
1½TbspPeanut Butter, 24g
Splash of Almond Milk, Optional
Instructions
Slice (about ½ inch thick each) the banana and freeze for about 1-2 hours until solid.
Transfer frozen banana into food processor and pulse until creamy. Add a Tbsp of almond milk if needed.
Add the peanut butter and blitz until combined.
Serve immediately as a soft-serve, or freeze for 45 minutes for a more ice cream-like consistency.
