Smoky Sweet Potato Fries tossed in a paprika-garlic seasoning are baked/air-fried to crisp perfection. They're easy, healthy and delicious, and will be your hamburger’s new best friend.
Ingredients
1largeSweet Potato, 225g
1tspOlive Oil
½tspGarlic Powder
½tspPaprika
⅛tspSalt
⅛tspBlack Pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven (if using) to 425°F.
Peel sweet potatoes and cut into ¼” thick fry-shaped pieces.
Transfer to a large bowl, add olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper and mix well until properly coated.
Place fries in the basket of the air fryer and cook at 400°F for 15 min, shake basket, and cook for another 15 min until crispy.
If using oven, place fries on a parchment-lined baking sheet sheet and bake for 20 min, flip using tongs, and bake for another 20 min.
Season with some more spices of desired, and serve hot!
