Ingredients
½cupOld Fashioned Rolled Oats, 45g
¾ + ¼cup Almond Milk, or other
1smallBanana, 90g
1TbspChia Seeds, 14g
1tspMaple Syrup, Stevia Sweetened
1tspVanilla Extract
½tspCinnamon
Instructions
Mash banana using the back of a fork.
Stir together ¾ cup milk and remaining ingredients in a jar or container, cover and refrigerate overnight.
Stir in remaining ¼ cup milk before serving.
Optionally, add in some pecans, garnish with banana slices and enjoy!
