Ingredients
1TbspCoconut flour, 8g
1TbspAlmond Flour, 9g
¼tspBaking Powder
¼tspSalt
1Egg
1TbspAlmond Milk
1TbspOlive Oil
Optional Add-ins:
½tspDried Herbs
½tspOnion Powder
½tspGarlic Powder
Instructions
In a bowl, whisk the eggs, almond milk and oil.
In another bowl, combine flours and baking powder.
Mix dry ingredients into wet and stir.
Pour batter into a tall mug and tap on the counter a few times to remove air bubbles.
Microwave on high for 90 seconds.
Let bread sit for about 2 minutes, then invert mug to remove.
Cut into ⅓ inch thick slices.

Serving suggestions:
Toast on a medium-high skillet in butter or olive oil for about 30 seconds each side until browned and crispy.
Use in sliders, buttered toast or with top with mashed avocado!
