Unflavored Collagen
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1:1 Gluten Free Baking Flour
Zero Calorie 1:1 Sugar Replacement
Coconut Flour
Instant Coffee
Baking Soda
Creamy Peanut Butter
Unsweetened Almond Milk
Non-fat Greek Yogurt
Maple Syrup
Egg Whites
Vanilla Extract
Optional: Chopped Hazelnuts
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8” x 8” baking pan with parchment paper.
In a bowl, whisk collagen powder, unsweetened cocoa powder, gluten free flour, zero calorie sugar replacement, coconut flour, instant coffee and baking soda.
In a large bowl, whisk together peanut butter, almond milk, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, egg whites and vanilla.
Add dry mix to wet, and gently fold until combined. Batter should be slightly runny.Fold in most chopped hazelnuts (if using).
Pour batter into baking pan and top with more hazelnuts.
Bake for 27-30 minutes; Top should be set and toothpick inserted into the center should come out mostly dry.
Remove from oven and let cool completely.Cut into slices and enjoy (use plastic knife)!
