Super easy Baked Protein Pancakes made with just 4 ingredients! These healthy sheet pan pancakes use kodiak cakes pancake mix and protein powder for a high protein and sugar free recipe.
Ingredients
1½cupProtein Pancake Mix, or any just-add-water pancake mix, weighed ~160g
⅓cupWhey-Caesin Vanilla Protein Powder, 30g
½cupUnsweetened Almond Milk, 120ml
6Egg Whites, 186g
Optional:
Pecans, Almonds, Other nuts
Chocolate Chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and grease an 6” x 8” pan or baking dish.
In a bowl, mix pancake mix, protein powder, milk and egg whites.
Top with any toppings.
Bake for 20-22 minutes; Toothpick inserted into the center should come out dry.
Remove from oven and let cool completely.
