Super easy, high protein Rice Cake Overnight Oats for a healthy breakfast! Rice cake protein overnight oats uses rice cake instead of oatmeal and sweetened with protein powder - gluten free and sugar free too.
Ingredients
2Rice Cakes, 18g
1scoopChocolate Protein Powder, Whey-casein, 30g
1½TbspUnsweetened Cocoa Powder, 8g
½cupUnsweetened Almond Milk, 120ml
¼cupNon-fat Greek Yogurt, 56g
Vanilla Topping:
¼cupNon-fat Greek Yogurt, 56g
1TbspVanilla Protein Powder, Whey-casein, 6g
Instructions
Crumble rice cakes into a bowl.
Add chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, almond milk and Greek yogurt.Mix well.(Transfer to clean bowl if needed).
In another bowl, combine Greek yogurt and vanilla protein powder.Spread over rice cake mixture.
Cover and refrigerate overnight, or at least 2 hours.
Add more milk before serving if needed.
