Actually the best single serve Protein Cosmic Brownie that’s low fat, low sugar and made in the microwave! Healthy cosmic brownie uses protein powder and egg whites for 31.6g protein each.
Ingredients
¼cupChocolate Protein Powder, Whey-casein, 22g
2TbspUnsweetened Cocoa Powder, 10g
1TbspCoconut Flour, 7g
¼tspBaking Powder
3½TbspUnsweetened Almond Milk, 52ml
1½Egg White, 45g
¼tspVanilla Extract
Frosting:
2tspNon-fat Plain Greek Yogurt, 10g
1½TbspChocolate Protein Powder, Whey-casein, 8g
1tspUnsweetened Cocoa Powder, 1-2g
1tspUnsweetened Almond Milk, 5ml
½TbspCandy Coated Chocolate Chips, 6g
Instructions
In a bowl, chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, coconut flour and baking powder.
Add almond milk, egg white and vanilla, and mix.
Grease a 1 cup crème brûlée dish or ramekin with cooking spray, transfer batter in, smoothen with a spatula or back of spoon.
Microwave on high for 1 min 10 sec.
Let cool for 1-2 minutes and place in freezer for another 1-2 mins.
Frosting:
Invert cooled brownie onto plate (use small spatula to loosen slides if needed).
In a bowl, mix yogurt, protein powder, cocoa powder and milk.
Spread frosting on top of brownie and top with candy coated chips.
