Indulgent and refreshing Mint Chocolate Chip Protein Cookie Dough - a healthy minty cookie dough made with protein powder and mint cashew butter loaded with sugar-free chocolate chips and mint chocolate candies!
Ingredients
6TbspOat Flour, 34g, see post for sub
¼cupVanilla Protein Powder, Whey-Casein, 22g
¼cupUnflavored Protein Powder, Whey-Casein, 22g
2TbspCoconut Flour, 14g
1TbspVanilla Mint flavor Cashew Butter, 16g, Recommendation below
⅛tspPeppermint Extract
6TbspAlmond Milk, 90ml
2Andes Mint Chocolates, Chopped
½TbspChocolate Chips, Sugar free recommended, 7g
Instructions
In a bowl mix dry ingredients - oat flour, vanilla protein powder, unflavored protein powder and coconut flour.
Add in cashew butter, peppermint extract and almond milk - a little at a time - and mix.Use more or less depending on how runny you want it.
Add chopped mint chocolate and chocolate chips and mix.
