Protein Avocado Mousse is a healthy snack or dessert high in protein, fiber and healthy fats! Chocolate avocado protein pudding is low carb, keto, sugar, gluten free and Vegan too.
Ingredients
½cupMashed Avocado, 120g
½cupChocolate Protein Powder, Whey-Casein, 45g
¼cupCocoa Powder, 20g
¼cupUnsweetened Almond Milk, 60ml
2½tspVanilla Extract, 12ml
Stevia Sweetener, to taste
Instructions
In a food processor, combine all the ingredients - avocado, protein powder, cocoa powder, milk and vanilla.Taste and add sweetener as needed.
Chill for about 30 minutes, then enjoy!
