Ingredients
¼cupVanilla Protein Powder, Whey-casein, 22g
¼cupUnflavored Protein Powder, Whey-casein, 22g, See post for alternatives
¼cupPumpin Puree, 60g
2TbspCoconut Flour, 14g
1TbspAlmond Butter, 16g
⅛tspPumpkin Pie Spice
For Rolling:
1tspZero Calorie Monkfruit Sweetener, 4g
3gChopped Chocolate, Sugar-free recommended
Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a bowl - vanilla protein powder, unflavored protein powder, coconut flour, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice and almond butter.Add bit of milk if the mix is too dry or coconut flour if the mix is too wet.
Taste and add sweetener if needed.
Divide into 6 portions.Roll into balls.
Make vertical depressions (like pumpkin) using toothpick, roll in sweetener, press chocolate piece on top.
