⅓cupWhey-Casein Vanilla Protein Powder, 30g
2TbspSugar free White Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding Mix, 15g
½cupNon-fat Greek Yogurt, 112g
½cupUnsweetened Almond Milk, 120ml
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl - yogurt, protein powder, instant pudding mix and milk (a little at a time).Add more milk if too thick, pudding mix if too thin.
