In a bowl, combine chocolate protein powder, coconut flour, cocoa powder, almond butter, almond milk and vanilla.Add milk little at a time. More if mix is too dry, extra coconut flour if too wet.
Add in chocolate chips and fold.
Shape into a cookie.Optional: Drizzle on melted chocolate.
