Hearty, Gluten-free and Paleo-friendly, these Oatmeal Waffles drizzled with Cacao Coconut Butter from SuperFat are out of of this world! Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and delicious on all sides.
Ingredients

Drizzle:

Super Fat Cacao Coconut Nut Butter

Coconut Oil

Melted
Instructions
Preheat waffle iron.
Whisk together waffle ingredients in a bowl. Batter will be thick.
Scoop out ¼ cup batter into middle of prepared waffle iron.
Cook for 3-4 minutes.
Remove from waffle from iron and repeat with remaining batter.
Stir together coconut oil and nut butter. Microwave at 15 second intervals if needed.
Spread drizzle on waffles and enjoy hot!

To make this Paleo or Vegan, use Coconut, Almond or Soy-based Yogurt.
Substitute 2 Tbsp of any other nut butter in place of SuperFat.
