An easy homemade Jalapeño Chicken Ranch Pizza for a night in with some cheesy heat! With Ranch as a base and topped with jalapeños, a ton of chicken, and 2 kinds of cheese, it packs a creamy, hot, protein-packed and cheesy punch all at once!
Ingredients
18"KBosh Pizza Crust, or thin crust of choice
1½TbspRanch Dressing, more for regular crust
½cupChicken Breast, Cooked, Chopped/Cubed, 70g
⅓Jalapeño Pepper, Sliced, 19g, about 3 Tbsp
10stripsRed Onion, Thinly Sliced, 17g
¼cupShredded Mozzarella Cheese, 28g
2TbspShredded Cheddar Cheese, 14g
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (or temperature listed on pizza box).
If using KBosh crust, heat a large skillet on medium and cook each side of crust for 2-3 minutes until golden.
Spread ranch evenly on base, leaving about ⅓” from the edge.
Top evenly with remaining ingredients.
Bake pizza for 12 minutes or until cheese is golden and bubbling, and crust is light browned.
Let cool before slicing.
