Eggs Florentine Breakfast-for-Dinner Pizza is a total game changer! A creamy, garlicky wilted spinach, bubbly mozzarella and bright eggs atop a tender crust. So much better than the classic version.
Ingredients
18"KBosh Pizza Crust, or crust/tortilla of choice
½cupAlmond Milk
¼tspTapioca Starch
2cupsSpinach, Chopped (60g)
¼tspGarlic Powder
3TbspShredded Mozzarella, 21g
1Egg
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F.
If using KBosh crust, heat a large skillet on medium and cook each side of crust for 2 minutes until golden. Set aside.
Pour milk on skillet, let simmer, add starch and whisk.
Add spinach and stir until it starts to thicken and spinach is wilted. Add garlic powder and stir to combine. Set aside to cool.
Spread spinach mixture on crust and top mozzarella.
Crack egg onto pizza.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese starts to slightly brown, egg white is set but yolk is runny.
