Switch out the froyo for this Maple-Banana-Walnut Yogurt Bark. With crunchy walnuts, a fruity banana flavor and a hint of maple, this is a fabulous cool and creamy way to end a meal or even just snack on!

Chia Seeds
Instructions
Add yogurt, vanilla and sweetener in a bowl and whisk to combine.
Pour yogurt on a parchment-lined baking pan and spread to form an even layer about ¼ inch thick.
Top with walnuts and banana slices, sprinkle chia seeds and drizzle maple syrup over it.
Freeze uncovered until solid, about 4 hours.
Break into pieces and serve!
Notes
Use Coconut, Almond or Soy-based Yogurt to make this Paleo or Vegan.
Switch out the toppings for anything of your choice!
