An easy, no bake edible Peanut Butter Cup Protein Cookie Dough with oat flour, protein powder, peanut butter powder and chopped candy! This healthy Reese’s cookie dough is perfect for a single serve snack or dessert. Gluten free, Sugar free, Vegan too!

It’s been a while since I made one of these raw cookie dough recipes, so here’s checking another one off my list.

A simple peanut butter flavored cookie dough with the chopped healthy peanut butter cup candy in there!

Ingredients for Peanut Butter Cup Protein Cookie Dough

A few simple and healthy ingredients here for this high protein edible peanut butter cup cookie dough; All pantry staples if you’re eating clean and healthy on the regular.

  • Oat Flour – You can make your own by blending rolled oats in a high speed blender
  • Vanilla Protein Powder for high protein cookie dough, and also replace some of the sweetener.
    I used ProteinWorld Slender Blend but ProteinWorld Whey is a great option too. Code HAYLSKITCHEN gets you a discount on both.
    A third alternative would be Quest Vanilla.
  • Unflavored Collagen Peptides for an extra high protein edible cookie dough recipe. I use the one from Further Foods (HAYLSKITCHEN gives you a discount)
  • Peanut Butter Powder, also known as Powdered Peanut Butter. I recommend Lakanto for a sugar free version (the code HAYLSKITCHEN gives you a discount). Or you could use the one from PbFit or PB2 too.
  • A bit of Coconut Flour
  • Unsweetened Almond Milk or another non dairy or regular milk

And for the peanut butter cup cookie dough effect:

  • Sugar free Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups candy. I use the one from Lakanto (code HAYLSKITCHEN gets you a discount)

If your protein powder is not sweet enough, you might need some more ‘sugar’, or use stevia sweetener instead.

How to make Edible Peanut Butter Cup Protein Powder Cookie Dough

This high protein raw peanut butter cup cookie dough is super easy to make with just a bowl and a fork or spoon.

  1. Combine everything except the peanut butter cups: oat flour, protein powder, unflavored collagen powder, peanut butter powder, coconut flour and almond milk (a little at a time) in a bowl.
  1. Mix to form Reese’s cookie dough texture.
  1. Add in the chopped peanut butter cups, mix lightly, and eat out of the bowl.

To store Reese’s Protein Cookie Dough

This edible Reese’s cookie dough for one is perfect for when you want a quick single serving dessert, but you can store any extras if you have them.

Store extra edible Reese’s cookie dough for one in the fridge for 3-5 days or freezer for 3 months; Use an airtight container.

To serve frozen protein cookie dough, thaw overnight in the fridge, and add more milk if too hard.

Alternative ingredients for Healthy Reese’s Cookie Dough:

I make this Reese’s protein powder cookie dough extra healthy with the ingredients above, but here’s some other healthy alternatives to try!

I haven’t tried these all, so I can’t say how each of them would turn out.

  • Oat flour: Almond flour, or use heat-treated gluten free flour or whole wheat pastry flour (there’s plenty of videos online on how to do this)
    Just make sure you’re not eating raw flour
  • Protein Powder: You can also trying replacing this with Zero calorie monkfruit sweetener. I use Lakanto for a sugar free option (code HAYLSKITCHEN for a discount here too.
  • Unflavored Collagen: Almond flour or more oat flour
  • Peanut Butter Powder: 2 teaspoon Peanut Butter, but reduce the milk to about 
  • Coconut flour: Try using about 3 tablespoon of Almond Flour

Vegan and Dairy Free Edible Peanut Butter Cup Cookie Dough

Use a plant based protein powder and collagen to get a Vegan Reese’s protein cookie dough; The recipe is already dairy free since it uses almond milk and no actual milk.

ProteinWorld has a Vegan protein blend as well (HAYLSKITCHEN for the discount here too) that could work here.

Make sure you also use the appropriate peanut butter cup candy.

Gluten Free

Since it’s made with Oat flour and Coconut Flour, this high protein protein raw Reese’s cookie dough is already gluten free too!

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Oat Flour, 45g, see post for sub
  • ¼ cup Protein Powder, 22g
  • 2 tablespoon Peanut Butter Powder, 12g
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut Flour, 14g
  • 1 scoop Unflavored Collagen, 10g, see post for sub
  • 3 Tbsp + 1 tsp Almond Milk, 50ml
  • 1 Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup, chopped, sugar free recommended below

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients except peanut butter cups in a bowl and mix – oat flour, protein powder, peanut butter powder, coconut flour, collagen powder and almond milk.
  • Use more or less milk depending on how runny you want it.
  • Add chopped peanut butter cups and mix.
