Okay, not kidding, this caramelized peach and greek yogurt toast really is wild! In more than one ways; Taste – yes, but also the bread! Oh my gosh!

I used Wildgrain Walnut Sourdough Loaf and it was beyond beautiful! Hearty and crusty with the crunch from the walnuts – it’s so good I have it plain!

It’s actually part of the Wildgrain’s subscription bread box for June (kinda hoping it stays for longer) and got delivered frozen. Took like 25 minutes to bake; The hard part was waiting for it to cool. Really clean ingredients and somehow so fresh!

And the perfect way to have it for summer? This peaches and cream walnut toast! I went for a low fat, high protein, low sugar peach toast so I could have 2 at a time, haha.
