This healthy cheesecake dip recipe just came out of the desire to use up that a tiny bit of fat free cream cheese I had left from all the carrot cake recipes I had been trying.

I even tried to look up what a good protein cream cheese dessert would be just so it could fit with my content, and everything needed a lot of ingredients. More like a lot of cream cheese.

This was literally the easiest thing I could think of; Used up the ingredients and also played around with different foods to dip into a sweet and creamy but sugar free dippable cheesecake!

Ingredients for Healthy Protein Cheesecake Dip

This cheesecake protein powder dip really is a simple dessert that needs only 3 ingredients!

Reduced Fat Cream Cheese

To keep the calories and fat low and make this a fat free cream cheese dip, I used the reduced cream cheese.

This is also known as Neufchâtel, and you can find it right by the regular cream cheese.

Vanilla Protein Powder

This basically replaces the powdered/confectioners sugar in your typical cream cheese dip recipe; As such, this cheesecake vanilla protein powder dip has no powdered sugar.

I recommend ProteinWorld Vanilla for this recipe to keep it sugar free; Use the code HAYLSKITCHEN for a discount.

Another option would be Quest.

Non-fat Greek Yogurt!

With the fat free version, you have an even more high protein and healthy Greek Yogurt cheesecake dip recipe.

Vegan 3 Ingredient Cheesecake Dip!

For a Vegan deconstructed cheesecake dip, use a dairy free cream cheese alternative and yogurt.

Make sure you use a plant based protein powder and dairy free chocolate chips. ProteinWorld has a Vegan protein blend as well (HAYLSKITCHEN for the discount here too).

How to make Vanilla Protein Powder Dip

This protein powder fruit dip really is quite easy to make; Just 2 minutes for an easy healthy cheesecake dip!

  1. Beat the cream cheese with a handmixer or whisk it with a wire whisk util it’s smooth.
  2. Add in the Greek yogurt and protein powder and stir!

Note, if your cream cheese is just out of the fridge and hard, soften it first by microwaving it for about 15 seconds.

Can you store?

Cream cheese protein dip needs to be stored in the frige within 2 hours of making; Use an airright container and it should keep upto 4 days.

To freeze healthy cream cheese dip, place in airtight container again and keep up to 3-4 weeks.

How to use Healthy Greek Yogurt Cheesecake Dip

This deconstructed cheesecake dip works great on a a dessert board and perfect for dipping fruit, pretzels, brownie brittle or light crackers.

Another option is to use this as a dessert cream cheese spread on a cinnamon bagel, or how about a chocolate bagel?

Will this come out if I don’t use protein powder?

You can use powdered sugar or monkfruit to make it sugarfree. I would suggest 3-4 tbsp.
