This. Dip. Is. Beautiful! The combination of the sweet protein power and pecan butter is just so perfect in this spread.

I was hooked! It’s so good, I even just ate it plain as a pecan dessert!

Ingredients for this Protein Pecan Dip:

This easy protein pecan dip recipe is made with just simple and healthy ingredients; Lots of Greek yogurt, protein powder and pecan butter for an extra high protein and healthy dessert.

  • Non-fat Plain Greek Yogurt
  • Vanilla Protein Powder for high protein dip!
    I used option would be Quest Vanilla Milkshake flavor.

  • Pecan Butter

You can store this protein pecan butter spread in the fridge or freezer!

To store in the fridge, place low calorie pecan pie dip in an airtight container and keep 4-5 days.

To freeze this protein powder pecan butter spread, put it in an airtight container keep in the freezer for up to a month.

Alternatives for Healthy Pecan Dip

This homemade healthy pecan pie dip is really versatile too! Here’s some alternatives you can try.

  • Greek Yogurt: Coconut Yogurt or even Cottage Cheese
  • Pecan Butter: Maybe Almond Butter

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup Non-fat Plain Greek Yogurt, 168g
  • ¾ cup Vanilla Protein Powder, 67g
  • 1½ tablespoon Pecan Butter, 24g
  • 1½ tablespoon Water, 21ml
  • Optional: Sugar-free Sweetener
  • Optional: Candied Pecans

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, protein powder and pecan butter and mix.
  • Add water – a little at a time – as needed.
  • Add stevia or other sugar-free sweetener if needed.
