Yum! Wow I did my macros and it has 30 g of protein! You would never know that. So I had my own homemade sourdough bread that I used, I used a little bit more bread than the recipe called for bc it just needed it lol, I think my bread is kind of more dense so weighs more. And I also add maybe like a quarter or a half teaspoon of vanilla extract. And on top I added some frozen blueberries that I microwaved and smushed a little bit. I will definitely be making this again. Very easy. And like I said I can’t believe this has 30 g of protein. I do like my things more on the sweeter side. So I may add some monk fruit sugar next time I try it.
