½cupNonfat Greek Yogurt, 112g
3TbspVanilla Protein Powder, Whey-Casein, 17g
½small Banana, sliced, 45g
⅓cupBlueberries, 50g
Instructions
Combine yogurt and protein powder in a bowl.Taste and add sweetener if needed.
Add sliced banana and blueberries; Fold.
Drop spoonfuls onto parchment-lined baking sheet.About 8 portions.
Freeze uncovered until solid, about 2-4 hours.
