Brownie Protein Shake is perfect for when you bake a big batch of brownies, and want to make it last longer! It’s got protein brownies and protein powder for a double dose of goodness.
Ingredients
1½pieceProtein Brownie, Recommendation below
⅔cupUnsweetened Almond Milk, 150ml
½cupFrozen Cauliflower, 50g
½scoopVanilla Protein Powder, Whey-Casein, 15g
Instructions
Combine smoothie ingredients in a blender - milk, frozen cauliflower, protein powder.
Blend on high for about 30-45 seconds.
Add brownie pieces, blend again 10 seconds.
Pour into glass, top with more brownie bits.
