Mini Chocolate Protein Pudding Pie – Triple Flavor and Easy!

Easy and tasty Chocolate Protein Pudding Pie made in just 5 minutes! Healthy mini chocolate pudding pies use protein powder, instant pudding mix and pre-made mini graham crusts.

I saw someone on Instagram make these mini pies sometime around thanksgiving and I really wanted to try something like it too. Turned out this recipe was extremely easy! 

Just mix a few ingredients and pour it into the pie crusts. The hard part was actually finding a store that had the pie crusts!

Ingredients for Chocolate Protein Pudding Pie

These chocolate protein pudding pies are made a few simple and healthy ingredients you probably have in your pantry already!

  • Mini Graham Cracker Pie Crusts: I used these ones from Keebler
  • Chocolate Protein Powder for high protein chocolate pudding recipe.
    I use the whey-casein one from Quest Nutrition.
  • Chocolate Instant Pudding Mix: I used this sugar free and fat free one from Jello
  • Unsweetened Almond Milk

How to make Chocolate Pudding Cups with Protein Powder

This chocolate protein pudding cup recipe is basically just mixing everything in a bowl and assembling into pies.

  1. Mix chocolate protein powder, pudding mix and milk in bowl.
    Add milk little at a time until smooth.
  2. Divide mix among mini pie crusts.
    Smoothen top with spatula.
  3. Add mini chocolate chips and graham crackers on top.
  4. Place in fridge for 30 minutes.
  5. Remove from cups and enjoy!

Tips to make Mini Chocolate Protein Pie with Pudding Mix

Here’s some pointers to make the perfect mini chocolate protein pie recipe with protein powder and pudding mix.

  • Use whey-casein protein powder since it works well with the ratio of ingredients here.
    If you use a whey protein powder, you might want to reduce the amount of milk to make it less.
  • Sieve Cocoa Powder so it mixes well in the pudding and you don’t have clumps of raw cocoa in the mix.
  • Add milk a little at a time so the mix doesn’t get too runny.
  • Taste mix for sweetness; Add stevia if needed.

These mini chocolate protein pudding pies must be stored in the fridge; Place in airtight container and keep 4-5 days.

I made this sugar free, gluten free and healthy chocolate pudding pie with the ingredients above, but here’s some other clean ingredients you can try.

  • Chocolate Pudding Mix: Use vanilla flavor
  • Almond Milk: Any other milk

Ingredients

  • 4 Mini Graham Cracker Pie Crusts
  • 1 cup Chocolate Protein Powder, Whey-Casein, 90g
  • 2 tablespoon Chocolate Instant Pudding Mix, 15g, Sugar free
  • 2 tablespoon Cocoa Powder, 10g
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk, 240ml
  • ½ tablespoon Mini Chocolate Chips, Sugar-free recommended, 7g

Instructions

  • In a bowl mix chocolate protein powder, pudding mix, cocoa powder and milk (add little at a time until thick).
  • Divide mix among pie crusts.
    Top with chocolate chips and graham cracker crumbs.
  • Chill 30 minutes in fridge.
