Now I don’t have any dietary restrictions or follow any specific diet, but somehow I end up coming up with a lot of recipes that fit into these categories.
I guess it just comes down to how certain styles of eating tend to filter out the “bad” and processed foods. To be a little specific, Vegan and Paleo; Which are also probably my most represented categories.
Would I ever completely switch over to one of these though?
Not anytime soon.
Why not?
I focus on hitting my macro needs for the day, and even for each meal. So sometimes I just need a piece of cheese to give me fats + protein but no carbs, or a handful of shredded chicken for pure protein.
And that can get really hard with cutting out some of these food items.
But with all the advancements in food science, you never know.
