This Healthy Oreo Fluff is a 4-ingredient, high-protein, low-calorie dessert made with Greek yogurt, protein powder, and real Oreos! Spare a few minutes and you've got a quick low calorie, low fat and low sugar Oreo dessert.

Bringing in my math minor here - the easiness of this recipe is inversely related to how long it took me to actually get to this recipe. LOL.
But for real - I had an Oreo fluff on my list for a really long time, but never really got around to doing it because I was just lazy.
Man this easy oreo fluff recipe is so easy, it should force you to NOT be lazy!
Why You WIll LOVE this Recipe:
- Protein Packed Post Workout Treat: Instead of a traditional fluff recipe, this one uses Greek yogurt and protein powder, making it a great post-workout treat.
- Low in Calories: It uses whipped topping which is actually fairly low in calorie for the volume to keep it low-calorie and guilt-free.
- Tastes Like Cookies & Cream: There's plenty of sugar-free alternatives, but I used the real Oreo cookies here so you have an authentic cookies-and-cream flavor without overloading on sugar.
- Simple Ingredients: Only four ingredients needed, and it comes together in five minutes!
Ingredients
This recipe for Healthy Oreo Fluff is made with 4 ingredients only, and you probably have some on hand already. No extra sugar needed; Here's what it takes:
- Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt - A high-protein, creamy base that keeps this dessert light yet filling, and as you can imagine - extra high protein, haha.
- Vanilla Protein Powder - This is the source of sweetness, and also the massive amount of protein! I used the vanilla protein powder from Quest
- Whipped Topping (Cool Whip or Canned Whip) - This gives you that fluffy texture with fewer amount of calories.
- Oreo Cookies - You can't have an Oreo fluff without Oreos, haha.
You can also use Catalina Crunch for a sugar free Oreo fluff recipe.

How to make Low Calorie Oreo Fluff with Protein Powder
Like i said, this low calorie Oreo fuff is really easy to make. And no - the protein powder does not make it hard; It really is easy! Here's what you have to do -
Step 1: Mix the Base
In a large bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and protein powder. Stir well until smooth and fully blended. This forms the creamy, protein-packed foundation of your fluff.
The other steps require minimal mixing, so you want to get this step done smooth!
TIP: For a fluffier texture with more volume in this protein cookies and cream fluff, whip the Greek yogurt with an electric mixer before adding the remaining ingredients.
Step 2: Add the Whipped Topping
Gently fold in the whipped topping to keep the mixture light and fluffy. Avoid overmixing, as it could deflate the fluff's airy texture.
Step 3: Crush & Fold in Oreos
Crush the Oreo cookies into small pieces and gently fold them into the mixture.
Don't over-mix it or again the fluffiness will be gone.
Step 4: Chill & Serve
You can at it right out of the bowl, but I recommend you chill the fluff for 10-15 minutes before serving. This allows the flavors to blend and the fluff to thicken slightly.

How to store Easy Low Fay Oreo Fluff Recipe
You can store this easy homemade Oreo fluff recipe in the fridge or freezer!
Refrigerator: Keep the low fat oreo cookie fluff in an airtight container for up to 3 days. The fluffiness might reduce, so feel free to add a little more whipped topping if you'd like!
Freezer: This won't remain a fluff anymore, but you can freeze this in small portions for up to 1 month. Let it thaw for a few minutes before eating for a creamy, ice-cream-like texture.
Alternative Ingredients for Healthy Cookies and Cream Fluff
Vegan and Diary Free
Swap Greek yogurt for dairy-free coconut yogut and use plant-based protein powder to get a vegan protein cookies and cream fluff recipe. I recommend KOS or Truvani.
Also add a bit of vanilla extract and sweetener like stevia to cover up the earthy flavor.
Be sure to also use vegan-friendly chocolate sandwich cookies and dairy free whipped topping as well.
Sugar Free and Keto
Use sugar-free Oreos like the ones from Catalina Crunch, or skip the cookies entirely and add crushed nuts or cocoa nibs instead and you have a great sugar free Oreo fluff recipe!
Also use a no sugar whipped topping!
