“Oh flip!” Those were my exact words when I had a spoon of this protein mousse!

I am not even kidding here! Savored ¾ cup of this creamy peanut buttery delicacy in one go, but it was fine because its actually super healthy and low fat.

The low fat magic? I used peanut butter powder for extra protein and lower fat here.

Ingredients for the Peanut Butter Protein Mousse:

This easy peanut butter protein mousse recipe is made with just simple and healthy ingredients; Lots of Greek yogurt, protein powder and peanut butter powder for an extra high protein and healthy mousse.

  • Non-fat Plain Greek Yogurt
  • Vanilla Protein Powder for high protein mousse!
I used ProteinWorld Whey; The ProteinWorld Slender Blend another great option. Code HAYLSKITCHEN gets you a discount on both.
    Another option would be Quest.
  • Peanut Butter Powder, also known as Powdered Peanut Butter. I recommend Lakanto for a sugar free version (the code HAYLSKITCHEN gives you a discount). Or you could use the one from PbFit or PB2 too.
  • Some Creamy Peanut Butter! I really recommend American Dream Nut Butter; Super rich, creamy and there’s a lot of flavored options too! HAYLSKITCHEN for a discount here too!

How do you make Peanut Butter Mousse without Cream Cheese and Heavy Cream:

All you need to do do to make this protein powder peanut butter mousse is mix the ingredients in a bowl.

Hi! The texture of this does come out light and fluffy like a mousse if you beat it well!

I like this but thinking there is a full scoop of protein powder out there that can be added to real peanut butter and greek yogurt for 141 calories is fantasy land.

Like what even are those macros?!? I’m literally amazed. I added some graham crackers to this for the crunch and entered dangerous territory. I could not stop eating it and now I want more!!!
